I haven’t been carrying either the camera or camcorder on the newly re-started evening walks, and as a result, I missed THE MOST adorable dog/coyote encounter between Marcy and, you guessed it, a coyote, last walk. I have since been schooled by Crabby to always carry a recording device. That being said, I refuse to carry both!
Here are some pics of tonite’s sunset walk with Sarah, Maude, Angus and Emmi
Meanwhile, back at The Ranch, there was one who was not pleased that I went out without him. He’s not speaking to me at the moment.
Laughing at the toe nail pic. That’s SO Pierre!
It could have been worse, I could have threatened a bath…
You must have a day shift, swing shift and a graveyard shift. Willy has to wait until it is his shift’s turn.
I’m able to get 16 out after work during the week (3 get to go twice) if I take a group of 4 each time, and giving me 1 evening of not walking. Those walks are pretty easy. It’s when I have to get up at the crack of dawn on Sundays because all 13 need to get out – 2 groups of 4, 1 group of 5, carefully coordinated to the old, gimpy, stumpy and moody get out when it is coolest, then Idiots out before the mountain bikers start invading, then have the energy to get the Pocket Rockets out late enough that the coyotes have finished hunting, but early enough that they can still be home for nap time..
It’s a carefully coordinated routine:)
Such a pawesome pack! Woooowooooooo!
🙂
Golden dogs! They all look very chilled. Happy pics (^-^)
They love their walks on the desert, that’s for sure!
beautiful pictures of Angus 🙂
Angus is a great subject!
the kids are lucky to have you as their mom. I personally would buy a treadmill
Excellent photographs but I didn’t see Gracie there. Perhaps I missed it. But never mind William – everything comes to those who wait….
Actually, Gracie is a new dog now! She was switched to 100% home made (from 50%) about a month ago. Her entire body has changed! She looks like a dog now!
