This was the only shot in the roll fest that didn't come out blurry :(

Happy Fit over, now it's time for a nap.

Maude will be 14 on November 15.   I can’t believe how fast the time has gone by.

There is no greater treasure than an old, content dog.

  1. “There is no greater treasure than an old, content dog.” Well said. That is absolutely beautiful.
My dog has 9 years less than yours, but you give me hope for his future. 🙂

    1. I met Maude when she was only a week old. The first couple of years, she was most disrespectful to me (Daddy’s girl). The next few years she was tolerant of me. As she got older, she realized the value of a Mom, and it only got better.

  2. Chienne will be 12 this year and the Little Man is (we think) about 13. Not so sure of his age. Vet was undecided, Very much like Tom T Hall – “Old Dogs and Children and Watermelon Wine” Old dogs are a treasure.

    1. Gracie’s the same way. Originally, whatever year it was, she was the same age-ish as Angus. Now, they think she is significantly older. A lady never tells, so we believe she is only 8.
